The Equine Touch was pioneered in 1997 in Scotland by Europe's leading Bowen specialist and instructor Jock Ruddock. In 1998 he was invited by members of the Veterinary University of Czech Republic to teach his system to vets from all over Europe and so Equine Touch as a discipline was born.

All of the facilities of the ranch were designed and built to create the best possible environment for the horse.

The ranch features:

• 80' x 140' indoor Cover-All arena
• 60' x 100' outdoor arena
• 5 acre horse playground
• 70 acres groomed riding trails
• 20 acres of pasture
• 8 stall barn
• Ample horse trailer parking

The barn is the center of activity and is constructed in an open stall arrangement. All stalls have rubber flooring and freshwater automatic feeders. Also located in the barn are the lounge/office, heated vet and wash stalls, tack room, and feed room. Hay and bedding are kept in a separate building to keep the animals safe from a fire hazard.
